The SPM department under Customer Operations and Risk OU at Moody’s is responsible for controlling and operating the variable compensation program for the MA Global Sales Team. This includes assigning credit for transactions to sales professionals, calculating commission payments, and reporting results.

The ideal candidate will be adaptable and be able to respond quickly to our constantly changing and growing business environment. To be successful in this role the candidate will need to possess a thorough understanding of Python, API, RAG, and data flow between the Salesforce CRM system and reporting platforms to impact the requirements of SPM team and the broader sales organization.

As a member of the SPM Team the Data Analyst is responsible for:

• Building Agents: Use the Moodys internal Copilot APIs to build custom solutions that will allow for better process management.
• Intelligent Automation: Build automation pathways using PowerApps and PowerAutomate to partially or fully automate existing manual business processes
• ML: Building machine learning software to automate existing processes
• Gen AI Adoption: Create pathways that will help with the larger adoption of Gen AI tools and processes.

We are seeking a detail-focused team player who will uphold and promote consistent and scalable processes while partnering closely with Sales Team and SPM team across regions.

Qualifications, experience and key skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering or related field is required.
• 3+ years’ overall work experience. Experience with sales settings is a plus.
