We are seeking a highly motivated and independent Senior Analytics Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for independently driving analytical initiatives from ideation to execution. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand business needs, propose data-driven approaches, deliver actionable insights, and manage expectations through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead the development of analytical solutions by independently identifying problems, designing methodologies, and executing analyses.
· Engage with stakeholders to understand business questions, define success criteria, and scope analytical projects appropriately.
· Proactively propose approaches and frameworks to solve ambiguous or complex problems using data.
· Translate technical results into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical audiences.
· Manage stakeholder expectations by setting clear timelines, communicating risks, and ensuring transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
· Collaborate cross-functionally with data engineering, product, finance, and operations teams as needed.
· Maintain a strong focus on delivering high-quality work with minimal supervision while prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications:
· 4+ years of experience in an analytics, data science, or business intelligence role.
· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to independently structure approaches to open-ended questions.
· Proficiency in SQL and experience with analytical tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
· Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage and align multiple stakeholders.
· Proven ability to translate complex data into business insights and recommendations.
· Strong project management skills and ability to manage deadlines independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience with Python for data analysis or automation tasks.
· Experience using Alteryx or similar data transformation tools.
· Familiarity with cloud-based analytics technologies such as Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, or similar platforms.
· Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
· Background in financial reporting.
For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $98,300.00 - $142,550.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
