Skills and Competencies

  • Monitor and report on key risk indicators (KRIs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track effectiveness of risk management activities.
  • Utilize visualization software to build final reports for stakeholders, requires familiarity with SQL. Develop risk management dashboards and reports to provide real-time insight.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret risk management data to identify trends and anomalies, demonstrate strong organizational capacity and communication skills.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a time-sensitive environment, effectively communicating with non-technical stakeholders while maintaining a security and risk mindset.
  • Learn and use security tools across different cyber topics to gain a comprehensive understanding of cybersecurity.


Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Cybersecurity Risk Management and/or Data Analytics is a plus but interdisciplinary degrees are encouraged to apply.
  • Relevant certifications such as Security+, CRISC, CISSP are considered a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Moody’s Cybersecurity team seeks a motivated Engineer to analyze risk data, generate reports, and work with various tools. Strong communication and organizational skills required to join the Risk Analytics team.

  • Develop comprehensive reports using visualization software (such as PowerBI/Tableau) with a focus on preparing and delivering monthly reports on cybersecurity metrics.
  • Analyze and compile large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies related to cybersecurity risks. Utilize communication skills to validate data changes with keys stakeholders.
  • Build relationships with cross-functional teams to understand data and collaborate to develop and refine changes in the environment.
  • Document data analysis process, methodologies, and findings.
  • Engage with key stakeholders by asking questions and staying informed. A strong sense of curiosity and commitment to continuous improvement in the field of cybersecurity aligns with the Fusion Center team culture.


About the team

Our Cybersecurity Department is responsible for protecting Moody’s digital assets and ensuring the security of its information systems. By joining our Fusion Center team you will be performing impactful work in Risk Analytics.

Annual base salary gross: 42,100 EUR to 67,500 EUR Applicable to Lithuania candidates: The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moody’s salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. The salary is one component of Moody’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards and benefits include the following: Medical, Personal Accident, Life Insurance and Time Off.
