Skills and Competencies
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive with a willingness to learn
- Striving to perform, inspire, progress and achieve more
- Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Prior experience in AI is a plus
- Enthusiastic about contributing to process improvements and regulatory projects
Education
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Have a good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin)
- Ability to work from June 1st - August 7th
- Graduation date of December 2026 – June 2027
Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting Know Your Customer (KYC) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) checks for new and existing clients
- Support customer onboarding and periodic reviews by collecting and organizing required documentation.
- Help investigate and escalate name screening alerts and assist in resolving queries
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of CDD records in internal systems
- Update internal databases with customer information and documentation
- Contribute to system testing and provide feedback for reporting enhancements
- Help document and update team procedures and guidelines
- Work with cross-functional teams to improve KYC workflows and customer experience
- Participate in ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned
