Responsibilities:
- Manage approximately 80 small existing accounts and strive to retain them.
- Collaborate closely with the direct sales manager, team members, and internal stakeholders.
- Accurately forecast existing deals through SalesForce.com and participate in semi-weekly calls with peers to expand the reach of our products and services.
- Participate in business reviews and customer satisfaction activities, supporting customer relationships.
- Communicate with customers regarding sales matters.
- Manage the renewal process in accordance with company approval processes and commercial policy.
- Provide sales and customer service both over the phone and face-to-face.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to customer inquiries.
- Reflect our core values and principles in daily interactions with customers, employees, colleagues, and management.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of sales experience is an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changes.
- Capable of working autonomously while being team-oriented, with excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Eager to learn about industry business operations and quick to acquire new knowledge.
- Fluent in Japanese (native level).
