Skills and Competencies:

  • Minimum Green Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma
  • Proficient in Lucidchart and/or Visio
  • Proficient in Agile methodologies

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in process improvement and organizational change
  • Experience in synthesizing customer/user views into process flows
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to influence and drive consensus

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and improve existing processes
  • Define and map global processes, measure performance
  • Use Design Thinking and Lean Six Sigma to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions
  • Assess risks and design appropriate controls
  • Prioritize and implement process improvements with senior management
  • Monitor and report on progress, adjust plans as needed
  • Facilitate discussions with various teams to achieve process transformation
  • Maintain process documentation and training programs
  • Work in Agile pods to define business process requirements

    About the Team: The Ratings Process and Data team drives data and process design for scalable digitization across critical business initiatives.
