Skills and Competencies
• Foundational knowledge of European benefits programs and regulatory frameworks.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS or benefits administration systems is a plus.
• Collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
• Demonstrates curiosity and a proactive mindset, with a desire to explore and integrate emerging technologies, including AI, to improve process efficiency and enhance the employee experience.
• Fluency in English required; additional European languages are a plus.
Education
• 1–3 years of experience in benefits administration, HR operations, or a related field, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Responsibilities
The Benefits Analyst will support the delivery and administration of Moody’s employee benefits programs within a designated region or set of countries, with a strong preference for experience in European benefits. Based in Lithuania, this role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth execution of benefits operations, including health and wellness, retirement, insurance, and work-life balance offerings. The analyst will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure accurate, timely, and employee-centric service.
• Manage and administer the day-to-day operations and delivery of benefits programs across assigned countries, ensuring compliance with local regulations and alignment with Moody’s global standards.
• Ensure enrollments, changes and terminations of benefits are processed accurately.
• Ensure data accuracy in benefits administration systems.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee benefit inquiries, resolving issues and escalating complex cases as needed.
• Coordinate and support key processes such as open enrollment, leave of absence management, and benefits onboarding/offboarding activities.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely processing of benefits transactions and data.
• Troubleshoot issues with vendors and escalate as needed.
• Maintain and update benefits documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), employee communications, and regulatory submissions.
• Monitor service levels and employee feedback to identify opportunities for process improvement and enhanced employee experience.
• Track and report on benefits participation, costs and trends.
• Support audits, data validation, and reporting requirements related to benefits operations.
• Assist in the implementation and optimization of benefits systems and tools, including employee self-service platforms.
• Stay informed on regional benefits trends, legislative changes, and best practices to support continuous improvement.
• Explore and implement AI-driven tools and technologies to enhance the delivery, automation, and personalization of benefits processes and employee interactions.
Annual base salary gross: €32,500.00 to 47,050 EUR. Applicable to Lithuania candidates: The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moody’s salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. The salary is one component of Moody’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards and benefits include the following: Medical, Personal Accident, Life Insurance and Time Off.
