Skills and Competencies

• Design, develop, and deploy SharePoint Online and Server solutions
• Design and implement Power Platform solutions (Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Build Model-Driven and Canvas Apps using Dataverse
• Apply SharePoint security, governance, and compliance practices
• Customize SharePoint using SharePoint Designer, PowerShell, Visual Studio, SPFx
• Ability to document and present technical information effectively.
• Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft 365 and third-party systems
• Develop with C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, React, REST APIs
• Build responsive Power Apps with custom forms using PowerApps Studio
• Develop SharePoint Online web parts using React and SPFx
• Integrate APIs into front-end solutions using ASP.NET and React
• Apply responsive design using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript
• Experience with database management, SQL, query languages, and data modeling.
• 7+ years of proven experience with SharePoint & Power Platform
• 5+ years proven experience in PowerShell scripting
• Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency. Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use.

Education 

• Certification in M365 or related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of effective Collaboration solutions as well as creation of associated design and operating documentation
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of SharePoint solutions (Online and Server).
• Lead the design and implementation of Power Platform solutions, especially Power Apps and Power Automate
• Perform periodic infrastructure applications assessments and documentation review as part of our application governance
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Keep up-to-date on current and upcoming features in relevant products and platforms
• Integrating M365 Suite with workflow applications such as ServiceNow, using orchestration tools.
• Effectively and independently take on and manage tasks/work inside multiple projects simultaneously
• Work seamlessly with other Moody's IT teams on complex engineering projects
• Triage of complex technical issues related to messaging and Infrastructure applications and a multitude of other variables in the mix
• Ability to prioritize and work under pressure is crucial
• Contribute to the tech strategy and approach for our new ways of working and the future of work
• Work in dev, sandbox and production environments with adherence to policies for each

Annual base salary gross: €62,900.00 to €100,700.00. Applicable to Lithuania candidates: The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moody’s salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. The salary is one component of Moody’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards and benefits include the following: Medical, Personal Accident, Life Insurance and Time Off.
