The Role

This is a critical role for the Moody's Ratings Commercial marketing team. In addition to leading marketing for Moodys Ratings in Latin America, this individual will also lead Moody’s Ratings Commercial Content Strategy.

We are looking for an experienced and creative marketer with an entrepreneurial spirit. The individual will be customer centric, dynamic, collaborative, and excited to drive change.

This role will report directly into the Moody's Ratings Commercial Head of Marketing and work closely with the sales, product, and operations teams to create and implement marketing campaigns that effectively communicate our value proposition to market participants and drive customer engagement. Alignment and partnership across Moody's Marketing departments will also be key. It is a perfect opportunity for an energetic self-starter to move into a challenging and results driven environment where strong B2B marketing skills are required.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy Head: Create and lead content strategy, globally, for Moody's Ratings Commercial, in partnership with Moody’s divisions and our digital insights team. Ensure digital channels are up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines on our regional site page(s) and with global content presentment. Partner across Moody’s to help drive a best-in-class prospect and customer experience.

Regional Marketing Head: Work with cross-functional teams to build an integrated and holistic regional marketing plan, delivering compelling marketing materials and sales content, with a particular emphasis on digital content for online platforms and social media. Create and implement advertising campaigns, both paid and organic, with a focus on digital advertising strategies.

Data Analysis and Reporting: Track, measure, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, particularly digital campaigns, using analytics tools. Identify patterns and trends in the data and provide recommendations for improvement / new solutions based on the analysis.

Cross-Business Alignment: Collaborate with key stakeholders to establish and execute a robust marketing and content plan that supports strategic business objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders, external agencies, award vendors, major financial press and media outlets.

Strategic Firm Project Engagements: Participate in strategic global projects in partnership with Moody’s Ratings Head of Marketing, Global Head of Sales Enablement, Regional Sales Heads, and other Moody’s Marketing teams.

Experience / Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field. Proven experience in B2B marketing, content management, or a similar role 4-6 years of experience, ideally within the financial services industry

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Marketo, High spot, Lumen5

Understanding of the credit rating industry and its regulatory environment desired.

English fluency (spoken and written) required. Portuguese beneficial, but not required.

Key Skills - Technical

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; PowerPoint, Advanced Excel, Outlook, Word.

Experience with email marketing and campaign management software, search engine optimization (SEO/SEM), digital advertising platforms and content management systems (CMS).

Familiarity with Bloomberg or other market research tools.

Familiarity with Marketo, Salesforce and web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
