Skills and Competencies
Credit:
· Perform holistic analysis to support ratings and research with limited guidance for many advanced/bespoke tasks
- Extensive working knowledge of applicable methodologies
- Proficient in most technical and operational aspects of assigned deliverables

· Comfortably and professionally interact with various senior stakeholders on a wide range of topics

Qualifications
· 8+ yrs in credit/financial analysis with strong Excel skills
· Experience in financial statement analysis & team leadership
· Fluent in English with excellent communication
· Degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, or Business
· Strong organizational skills, dependable and able to multi-task and manage priorities
· Experience/desire to manage and mentor a diverse team
Responsibilities
· Lead and manage managers, people and projects supporting data, ratings, research, analytical outreach and apply technical knowledge to guide junior team members and lead process improvements along with responsibility for all aspects of data intake, data normalization and data processing
· Act as primary point of oversight for full team
· Take full responsibility for the quality of deliverables for the staff they manage as well as end to end delivery of several business as usual (BAU) tasks such as complex data and research tasks or analytic support tasks such as basic methodology application processes, credit estimates and research projects
· Own quality and end-to-end delivery of complex BAU tasks (data, research, analytics); ensure consistent standards across regions
· Lead initial quality reviews, provide feedback/training, and drive process improvements across teams
· Coordinate allocation of work across the team and mange workload pipeline to provide sufficient time for completion.
· Provide feedback to management on quality and accuracy of work produced by team members while providing constructive and proactive feedback
· Provide proactive, constructive feedback to management on team output quality and accuracy
· Lead process re-engineering by identifying inefficiencies, building consensus, and driving improvements
· Take complete ownership over the transition of simpler activities to the service hubs
· Own and manage the transition of routine activities to service hubs for operational efficiency
· Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and support relevant outsourcing initiatives
· Lead projects or participate in working groups. For example, analyze impact of methodology updates onto team’s processes and leading the implementation; partnering with other departments to move work into RRS Global Capability Centers, building well-defined processes and output targets
· Attract, hire, develop, motivate and retain talented junior analytical staff.
