Skills and Competencies

Credit:

  • Perform holistic analysis to support ratings and research with limited guidance for many advanced/bespoke tasks
  • Extensive working knowledge of applicable methodologies
  • Proficient in most technical and operational aspects of assigned deliverables

Stakeholder Management:

  • Comfortably and professionally interact with various senior stakeholders on a wide range of topics
  • Ability to effectively engage with team members of most levels and across departments

Project Management:

  • Manage deliverables related to multiple projects independently

 

Qualifications

  • 8+ yrs in credit/financial analysis with strong Excel skills
  • Experience in financial statement analysis & team leadership
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication
  • Degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, or Business
  • Strong organizational skills, dependable and able to multi-task and manage priorities
  • Experience/desire to manage and mentor a diverse team

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Lead managers, teams, and projects across data, ratings, research, and outreach functions
  • Oversee all aspects of data intake, normalization, and processing with a focus on quality and consistency
  • Act as the primary point of accountability for team performance and deliverables
  • Ensure timely, high-quality execution of complex BAU tasks (data, research, analytics, methodology, credit estimates)
  • Conduct initial quality reviews, provide feedback/training, and uphold global standards
  • Manage workload allocation and pipeline to ensure timely completion
  • Drive process re-engineering by identifying inefficiencies and leading improvements
    Own transitions of routine tasks to service hubs to boost operational efficiency
  • Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and support outsourcing initiatives
  • Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects (e.g., methodology updates, RRS GCC transitions)
  • Attract, hire, develop, and retain high-performing junior analytical talent

 

About the team

Our RRS Global Capability Centers team is responsible for providing a range of data, analytical, and research services that contribute to the overall credit analysis function performed by rating groups.
