Skills and Competencies.

  • 8+ years of experience in project, process, and program management-primarily in financial services-with a strong foundation in scalable business process design and Quote-to-Cash workflows.
  • 5+ years leading Lean Six Sigma initiatives with measurable outcomes (Black Belt preferred), and familiarity with Design Thinking and Agile methodologies.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively across dynamic, cross-functional, and hybrid global teams; highly adaptable in fast-paced environments.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management and relationship-building across all organizational levels; experienced in mentoring and influencing others.
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail; thrives in matrixed organizations and under pressure.
  • Strong English skills- excellent communicator with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences; demonstrates sound judgment and a results-driven mindset.
  • Leads with empathy, integrity, and cultural awareness; fosters inclusion, innovation, and psychological safety while encouraging others to succeed.

 

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering or IT; Master’s degree preferred.

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic process improvement initiatives using structured methodologies, driving transformation aligned with regulatory, operational, and technology goals.
  • Serve as Process Owner for low to medium complexity processes within Commercial, ensuring alignment with PMO standards and governance best practices.
  • Identify and resolve customer pain points through root cause analysis, enhancing end-to-end efficiency, reducing manual effort, and embedding KPIs to track performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with global Commercial teams and partners in data, tech, risk, legal, compliance, and innovation to implement and prioritize improvements.
  • Oversee project and resource management, including pipeline prioritization, risk mitigation, and support for regional initiatives and business readiness.
  • Maintain standardized documentation and training, ensuring staff are equipped to manage procedures, controls, and regulatory updates effectively.
  • Champion quality and customer experience, auditing data quality, resolving control issues, and measuring satisfaction through feedback mechanisms.

 

About the team

The Business Process Management Group is dedicated to driving continuous improvement and leading change initiatives across the Commercial organization. Leveraging Lean Six Sigma, Design Thinking, and Agile methodologies, the team enhances customer experience, operational efficiency, and process consistency.

This role is responsible for leading initiatives that improve process effectiveness, embed strong control environments, and enable business readiness. It plays a critical role in managing process improvement and change management efforts, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the global Commercial organization.

Reporting to the SVP, Commercial Process Group, the role also oversees the performance and development of Process and Control associates engaged in Lean Six Sigma and risk-focused initiatives. Success is measured by the delivery of impactful improvements in efficiency, risk mitigation, and team performance.
