Job Description

Skills and Competencies

  • 5–8 years of experience sales operations, revenue operations, or business systems analysis.
  • Strong understanding of end to end commercial processes, including quoting, pricing, approvals, contracting, ordering, billing handoff, and revenue recognition touchpoints.
  • Proven experience designing and delivering AI enabled business solutions, including:
    • LLM powered workflows
    • Intelligent and autonomous agents
    • AI augmented decision support
  • Hands on experience with prompt engineering, including:
    • Designing, refining, and governing prompts
    • Building role based prompts for sales, finance, legal, and operations
    • Supporting conversational and agent driven workflows
  • Experience translating business requirements into agentic solutions, including rules, policies, decision trees, and AI assisted reasoning flows.
  • Strong proficiency in process mapping, journey mapping, data analysis, and functional documentation.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and cross functional stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands on experience with AI driven quoting, pricing, or order automation tools, including conversational or agent based interfaces.
  • Experience designing or supporting autonomous or semi autonomous agents for:
    • Quote creation and validation
    • Pricing and discount recommendations
    • Guided selling and deal assistance
  • Familiarity with enterprise AI platforms, LLM orchestration, and governance models.
  • Exposure to retrieval augmented generation (RAG), vector search, or structured knowledge grounding.
  • Understanding of API driven architectures and system integrations across commercial platforms.
  • Experience working in regulated or enterprise environments with AI governance and compliance requirements.

Education

  • Candidate must have Bachelor’s or Master ’s degree.

Responsibilities

AI & Agentic Automation Leadership

  • Lead the strategy, analysis, and delivery of AI enabled and agentic solutions across the Quote to Order lifecycle.
  • Drive adoption of autonomous and semi autonomous agents to augment human decision making and execution.
  • Identify opportunities where agentic workflows can replace or accelerate manual steps.

Quote to Order Process Optimization

  • Analyze current Quote to Order and Quote to Cash workflows to identify friction, inefficiencies, and scalability gaps.
  • Design future state processes leveraging:
    • Intelligent agents
    • AI driven recommendations
    • Workflow orchestration and automation
  • Partner with engineering and data teams to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and measurable.

AI Tool & Agent Development

  • Define functional requirements for AI powered capabilities, including:
    • Auto quoting and quote validation agents
    • Pricing and discount recommendation agents
    • Contract review and approval intelligence
    • Sales and operations conversational assistants
  • Support prototyping, testing, and iterative refinement of agent behavior and decision logic.

Prompt Engineering & Governance

  • Build and maintain prompt frameworks used across commercial workflows.
  • Design prompts optimized for:
    • Accuracy and consistency
    • Compliance and policy adherence
    • Role specific outcomes (Sales, Finance, Legal, Operations)
  • Continuously refine prompts based on usage data, feedback, and performance metrics.

Intelligent Pricing & Revenue Optimization

  • Collaborate with Sales and Finance to enable AI assisted pricing strategies using historical deal data, segmentation, and win/loss insights.
  • Support recommendation logic for:
    • Pricing
    • Discounts
    • Renewals
    • Upsell and cross sell opportunities

Data & Model Enablement

  • Partner with data teams to ensure high quality inputs for AI and agentic solutions.
  • Support feature definition, data normalization, and structured datasets used by models and agents.
  • Ensure data models support evolving AI use cases across Quote to Order.

Change Management & Adoption

  • Document AI enabled workflows and agent behaviors in clear, business friendly language.
  • Create training and enablement materials to drive adoption.
  • Lead demos, workshops, and walkthroughs showcasing AI and agentic capabilities.

Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement

  • Define and track KPIs to measure:
    • Efficiency gains
    • Adoption
    • Accuracy
    • Business value and ROI
  • Continuously improve agents, prompts, and workflows based on outcomes and feedback.

Innovation & Thought Leadership

  • Stay current on emerging trends in:
    • Agentic AI
    • Enterprise GenAI
    • Quote to Cash automation
  • Proactively recommend new capabilities, tools, and architectural enhancements.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on how AI can reshape commercial operations, not just automate them.
