Skills and Competencies

• Experience: Proven track record in product management, with experience in leadership roles.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with product lifecycle management tools and methodologies.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and updates.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees preferred.

Responsibilities

The Assistant Director Product Manager is pivotal in bridging the gap between strategic vision and operational execution within an organization. This position typically involves overseeing the development and management of products, ensuring alignment with business goals, and driving innovation to meet market demands.

• Product Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior leadership to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with engineering, marketing, exciting work in in driving the design, implementation, and optimization of products that align with Moody's mission to provide transparent and reliable financial insights.sales, and customer support teams to ensure seamless product development and delivery.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product success and inform future improvements.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on product progress and challenges.
