Title: Asst Dir-Product Consultant
Location: 7 World Trade Center, 250 Greenwich Street, New York, NY 10007 (Principal place of business - telecommuting permitted)
Duties: Responsible for all technical aspects of software implementation. Work closely with customer's IT team to design appropriate integration architecture and batch workflow, help client with data import and export, develop customization, troubleshoot technical issues, and manage technical workstream. Work with product, engineering, DevOps, and Client Service teams to help resolve customers’ technical issues. Perform software installation and user training, write technical documents. Provide first level technical troubleshoot and support during implementation project. Write customization code and lead tactical integration of various products to offer end to end solutions. Conduct Gap Analysis and gather requirements for projects, focusing on master data. Liaise with clients, internal teams, and partners to manage project requirements, constraints, and timelines. Actively participate in enhancing product suite and knowledge database through documentation review, feedback on products/project methodology, and development of ‘how-to’ entries. Manage project timelines, deliveries, resources, and issues/risks. Liaise with Product Managers for product enhancement requests and defect resolution. Domestic and international travel required approximately 15% of the time. Destination and frequency impossible to predict. Telecommuting Permitted (100% telecommuting position. Will consider applicants resident in the continental U.S.).
Requirements: Requires a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related technical field plus at least three (3) years of experience as an Engineer, Developer, or in a related position working in a client facing environment. Must have experience with the following: supporting software implementation projects; performing financial data analysis using SQL, PL/SQL, XML, shell scripts, Python, or R; managing projects for financial data insights or infrastructure; designing and building analytical features and tools; monitoring market trends and consumer behavior to identify market opportunities and improve product features or data operation pipeline; applying understanding of AWS, JavaScript, and Angular; and using problem solving skills to drive investigation process to find resolution. Domestic and international travel required approximately 15% of the time. Destination and frequency impossible to predict. Telecommuting Permitted (100% telecommuting position. For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $152,859 to $152,859, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
