Role Overview:
Join our Application Development team as an Associate Software Engineer where you'll be instrumental in designing and developing applications. These applications will aim to automate and enhance existing processes using Microsoft technology. This role offers an excellent platform to contribute to design, development, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
· Contribute to a team dedicated to designing, developing, and implementing applications that automate and enhance processes.
· Collaborate with engineers, Product/Project Managers, and operations leads to develop efficient tools and applications, adhering to best practices for coding, documentation, and design.
· Participate in internal and cross-team meetings, playing an active role in requirements gathering, scope definition, decision-making processes, and technical documentation.
· Display innovative thinking in designing and developing extendable, reusable applications as per specifications.
· Work with diverse technologies and demonstrate the ability to produce quality code while participating in unit/peer testing.
· Contribute to other activities such as UI design/development, database design, and the deployment/installation of components and services.
· Play a role in troubleshooting and enhancing existing applications.
Qualifications:
· MCA / BE (Computers or equivalent).
· Hands-on experience with WPF, WCF, C#.Net, AWS and experience in developing scalable, multi-tier applications using C# and other .NET technologies is preferrable.
· Strong conceptual abilities, innovative thinking, and collaborative working skills.
· Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to mentor and coach others.
· Ability to multitask in a team-oriented environment with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Flexibility regarding shift timings.
Desired Abilities:
· Knowledge of Python and Power BI.
· Experience in developing both Windows and Web-based applications is a plus.
· Familiarity with database administration activities.
