The Sales Operations Associate provides sales function support in relation to a newly established workflow to ensure there is a smooth transition for the APAC region. This will include performing controls in relation to data quality, process performance and identifying root causes for the Process Owner.
Under the direct supervision of the Manager Sales Operations, the Associate is responsible for the performance, escalation and required support on tasks allocated accordingly and performing the established controls of the new workflow in the region.
On a regular basis, the Sales Operations Associate will:
* Manage assigned portfolio within the region (APAC)
* Provide support to the Sales teams to ensure a smooth transition to the new digitized workflow that improves the customer experience and ensures the Sales teams are able to focus on the relevant customer-related activities.
* Monitor creation of entries to ensure they meet the required data quality standards.
* Liaise with internal stakeholders (OEM, Billing, etc.) to provide updates on data required for the workflow.
* Provide customer support by handling inbound inquiries from Sales team regarding creation of Customer Profile, unique identifiers and other issues.
* Build and maintain excellent relationships within various internal stakeholders, including Legal, Pricing, GMO, OEM, Billing and Collections.
* Participate in projects as assigned.
* Will be responsible for generating reports to perform the controls required.
* Responsible for delivering high levels of service quality to internal and external clients.
* Identify and raise issues that require Manager and/or VP, Sales Operations, Account Management, Relationship Management and/or Senior Management involvement. Engage appropriate Moody's Ratings personnel, produce briefing memos, and provide support so that issues are resolved on a timely basis.
* Build, and maintain excellent relationships with internal partners across Moody's, with particular emphasis on the Sales organization in assigned region(s).
What you bring
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, marketing or any relevant field
* 2+ years' experience in a customer success/support role
* Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodology a plus
* Well-developed IT skills including advanced Microsoft Office applications, PowerPoint and Advanced Excel (Pivot tables, macros, VLOOKUP)
* Ability to understand capital markets, ratings, legal and compliance matters
* Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Great teammate with ability to work independently.
* Advanced command of oral and written English
