Education
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Management or a related field.
- PMP Certification preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- As an Associate Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in assisting with project planning, scheduling, and resource coordination under the guidance of project managers and team leaders. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and updating project documentation, such as plans, schedules, status reports, SharePoint sites, and calendars, ensuring that all information is accurate and timely. Additionally, you will facilitate effective communication among project team members by setting up meetings, preparing agendas, summarizing meetings, following up on action items, and saving all recordings and documentation for the team.
- You will also provide support and follow-up for team scrum meetings, including Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Weekly Stand-ups, Showcase sessions, and RAID Logs. Ensuring that project dashboards accurately reflect updated information will be another key responsibility. Monitoring team mailboxes for the Data & Analytics, Strategic Programs Office, and Mergers & Acquisitions teams will also be part of your role, helping to keep everyone informed and on track.
- In addition to these tasks, you will support team leaders with ad-hoc requests, providing the necessary assistance to ensure the smooth execution of projects. Your role will be integral to the success of the project team, helping to coordinate efforts and maintain clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
