Skills and Competencies

* Previous experience in HR, business operations, or a related field is preferred.

Education
* Bachelor’s Degree. Advanced degree and/or certification in HR specialties.

Responsibilities

Employee Lifecyle Support
* Respond to and help direct employee queries. Serve as the People Business Partner point of contact for People Connect 2nd line escalated queries. Provide updates to the HRBP as necessary.
* Provide operational support for ad-hoc activities and inquiries, act as the first point of contact for managers on MSS related issues and as a liaison point with other key stakeholders such as DPS, People Connect, Compensation and FP&A.
* Maintain excellent knowledge of employee lifecycle activities to initial counsel and guidance to managers and employees.
* Support the MSS Business Partner to provide ER support, liaise with the ER team on each case as appropriate.

Talent Management and Development
* Support Talent Development initiatives, including coordinating activities and preparation of materials
* Support PBP to embed Talent Management & Development programs and facilitate follow-up actions
* Coordinate nominations process for Leadership Academy Programs as required
* Aid in the annual Talent Review process, maintain data collection sheets, take notes in talent review sessions, track development plans, and coordinate year-end talent reviews.
* ew Manager Assimilation: Coordinate the Jump-start process, prepare materials for the session, and assist in taking notes and summarizing feedback.

Recruitment and Mobility
* Maintain an awareness of MSS recruitment activity, hiring challenges and status of new/open roles
* Provide business & employee support to manage relocation processes, serve as the primary contact for business-related relocation, formulate compensation recommendations, and collaborate with Global Mobility on relocation packages/costs

Compensation & Reward
* Understand MCO’s comp philosophy and make initial recommendations to support the People Business Partner
* Assist MIS Business Partners in consolidating promotion considerations, calculate costs for promotion/compensation recommendations, and support the promotion process.

Data Management and Reporting
* Submit People Lifecyle requests via People Connect
* Expert in reporting, maintains regular reports, conducts initial analysis and makes recommendations
* Respond to bespoke requests for ad-hoc reporting, support the MSS Business Partners with the review, analysis, and preparation of BES presentation following pulse and year-end surveys.
* Project Support & People Team Partnership:
* Support the preparation of presentation materials and partner effectively across all internal HR functions.
* Project Support: Assist in key Business Partner projects, maintain/manage project plans, provide coordination support and contribute to key projects such as Job Architecture.
