Right now, we are looking for an Associate Director - Technology Solutions to join our Latin America regional team in Moody’s Local. Moody’s Local is a group of leading providers of domestic credit ratings, with operations in 13 countries.

You will get the chance to:

• Collaborate in the design and execution of Moody’s Local strategic technology journey in line with our medium and long term objectives

• Engage with global Moody’s technology teams to define business and systems requirements for Moody’s Local business while developing TSA agreements
• Operate in an objective and key results (OKR) based business operating model
• Lead aspects of low-code development proposals, projects, timelines, resources, and costs
• Ensure all business systems, IT systems and partner platforms in place to support the business and that the technical design accurately represents the business requirements
• Provide oversight and support to IT staff across the lifecycle of IT projects or integrations
• Lead the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade and support of IT systems and applications
• Assist in negotiating and coordinate vendor, outsourced, and consultant contracts, plus service agreements

What will help you succeed:

• Entrepreneurial approach and ability to adapt to changing business priorities
• Ability for development process/project management
• Deep understanding of the software development process from multiple perspectives
• Knowledge on CRM and low-code developments (e.g. Power Platform, WordPress and Microsoft Dynamics)
• Use Agile Methodology to develop, track, and deliver solutions
• Understanding of UX design, including design thinking approaches is a plus
• Experience with cloud, on-premises technologies and hands-on experience with DevOps, QA, architecture, application development software development lifecycle (SDLC) is a plus

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a directly related field; Master’s Degree preferred and/or equivalent work experience

• +6 years as an IT leader, preferably in a corporate regulated context navigating evolving projects from start to finish in a team-oriented environment
