Skills and Competencies:
- 7+ years of experience in banking, software houses, consultancy, or financial services roles, focused on credit portfolio management, economic capital modeling, IFRS 9, climate risk, capital planning and stress testing
- Deep expertise in Credit Portfolio, IFRS 9, Climate Risk, and Capital Management Analytics, regulatory/internal credit stress testing and climate risk stress testing
- Sound understanding of Credit Risk & IFRS 9 Models (PD, LGD, Correlations, EAD Modelling)
- Experience in banking transformation/digitization programs
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements (Basel CRD IV/V, IFRS 9, ECB, EBA)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google); certification is a plus
- Extensive experience in training, instructional design, and enablement for sales and service roles
- Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency
- Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use
- Must be prepared to travel regularly
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
- Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM) preferred
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and deployment of enablement tools for credit &capital management and stress testing solutions
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align go-to-market strategies with regional priorities
- Analyze pipeline data and link insights to market opportunities and prospecting strategies
- Deliver continuous learning programs across sales, service, and customer success teams
- Support the full customer lifecycle from lead generation to renewal
- Ensure enablement offerings meet client workflow and regulatory needs
- Map solution architecture and differentiators for credit and stress testing workflows
About the Team:
You’ll be joining the Europe & Africa Regional Management team, a dynamic group at the forefront of commercial strategy and client enablement. This team acts as the central integration point across marketing, sales, service, customer success, and product functions. With a strong focus on credit portfolio, capital management, and stress testing, the team drives innovation and alignment with top regional priorities. You’ll collaborate with passionate professionals committed to delivering impactful solutions and enabling growth across the region.
