Skills & Competencies
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the banking or financial services industries, with expertise in lending, regulatory compliance, risk practices, and data insights.
- Proven experience in a client-facing role, such as Customer Success Manager, Consultant, Banking Relationship Manager, Bank Lender, or Sales Specialist.
- Strong understanding of banking regulations and workflows, including credit modeling, portfolio management, stress testing, impairment modeling, and governance (e.g., Basel CRD IV/V, Solvency II, IFRS 9, ECB/EBA guidelines).
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams while independently managing priorities and delivering results.
- Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset, capable of tailoring solutions to meet individual customer needs.
Education
Bachelor’s degree required; a graduate or advanced degree is preferred.
Responsibilities
Customer Knowledge
- Build in-depth knowledge of customer workflows and use of Moody’s solutions, including Risk & Finance, Lending, Regulatory, KYC, and Data products.
- Conduct thorough discovery to understand client objectives, priorities, and challenges, anticipating needs and offering actionable insights.
- Create and manage customer journey roadmaps that align with client goals and demonstrate clear ROI benefits.
- Collaborate with Sales to maintain customer health scores, identify engagement risks, and drive account loyalty.
- Act as a trusted advisor by addressing business priorities and providing tailored solutions to meet client needs.
Solution Communication, Feedback & Relationship Management
- Partner with internal teams (Sales, Product, Research) to ensure a seamless customer journey and drive user adoption.
- Effectively communicate the value of Moody’s solutions through demos, solution discussions, and executive engagements.
- Gather and channel customer feedback to Product and Development teams, advocating for customer-centric product improvements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a consistent and positive customer experience.
Marketing Collateral and Events
- Lead the creation of case studies, success stories, and other materials to showcase the impact of Moody’s solutions.
- Organize and deliver client-focused events, such as summits, user groups, and webinars, to foster engagement and strengthen the customer community.
- Advocate for initiatives that enhance customer experiences and promote long-term partnerships.
