Skills and Competencies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Highly organized, efficient and detail-oriented, with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and across teams and adhere to tight deadlines.
- Experience in using content management systems such as CMS Méthode is a plus.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years in financial content management or project management.
- Bachelor’s or master's degree in business administration, finance, data analytics or related field.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential.
Responsibilities
- Provide a wide range of publication support functions to the Methodology Development Group.
- Maintain trackers and analyst contact lists.
- Conduct pre- and post publication reviews of publications to ensure adherence to style guidelines and quality.
- Create and manage document files in content management system.
- Proactively identify and escalate publishing issues as necessary.
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
About the team
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Associate to join our team in Bangalore supporting the Methodology Development Group (MDG) globally. The successful candidate will focus on the publication process for methodologies, assessment frameworks and related documents. Publications are a key part of the methodology and assessment framework development process at Moody’s Ratings. Additionally, the role involves supporting publication-related special projects, implementing process improvements, and working collaboratively across teams.
