Overview:

Moody's Shared Services is seeking a highly skilled Associate Automation Architect to join our Data and Analytics team within Finance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated solutions to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency. This role requires technical expertise in automation tools, data management, and analytics within a financial context.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using Python, GenAI, SQL, or any other relevant tool.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across different departments to gather requirements and develop GenAI and Python-based automation solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for automation processes, including scripts and applications using Python and GenAI technologies.
  • Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for GenAI and Python automation solutions, including design specifications, user guides, and operational procedures.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on GenAI and Python technologies, providing insights, training, and guidance to stakeholders and project teams.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for production GenAI and Python-based automation solutions, ensuring their reliability and performance while promptly addressing and resolving any issues or incidents.
  • Collaborate with software developers and engineers to integrate GenAI and Python automation solutions with custom applications, APIs, and third-party systems.
  • Research and evaluate emerging technologies and tools in GenAI, machine learning, and software development to stay ahead of industry trends and drive innovation in automation solutions.
  • Utilize machine learning algorithms and models to enhance GenAI and Python automation capabilities and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Integrate and utilize Large Language Models (LLMs) for natural language processing tasks within automation solutions to enhance data analysis, decision-making, and user interaction capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of proven experience in automation engineering or a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in developing automation solutions using Python, GenAI, and machine learning algorithms.
  • Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software development best practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
  • Experience with integrating and utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs) for natural language processing tasks.
  • Experience in automating repetitive tasks and Alteryx, Power Automate, RPA, etc.
  • Relevant certifications in GenAI, AI, or machine learning are highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with modern automation tools and frameworks is a plus.
