Skills and Competencies

  • We are looking for a person with strong sales and business acumen who is comfortable with hunting for new logos whilst they farm an existing book of business.
  • The ideal candidate will be:
    • Curious
    • Self-motivated and highly organized
    • Have strong business acumen
    • Should be able to quickly grasp concepts relevant to the segment with a structured and consistent approach to research and opportunity development


Education

  • Bachelor's Degree at a minimum.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a rolling pipeline of 5x the annual growth target.
  • Identify opportunities for growth across the segment, considering regulatory drivers, market influences and strategic goals to ensure the alignment of sales efforts to the clients' buying signals.
  • Build a strong network within your main accounts to ensure organic growth through existing relationships. Maintain a 95% + retention rate.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams/functions that share responsibility for the accounts/book of business and be able to run sales processes autonomously.
  • Be an effective communicator, specifically, being able to present to various levels of stakeholders and maintain both low-level discussions as well as high-level meetings.
  • Maintain and accurately record sales activities and track opportunity progress within our Customer Relationship management software, Salesforce.
  • Travel up to 40% of the time to meet clients and progress sales opportunities in person.
