Skills and Competencies
- Minimum of four years’ experience in marketing operations, marketing technology or related marketing roles (such as CRM, Digital or Web)
- Effective communicator, with experience writing documentation and delivering training
- Experience with using Project Management tools such as Asana, Airtable or Jira (experience as an administrator is an advantage)
- Ability to write instructional documentation providing stakeholders with effective guidance on workflows & processes
- Languages required: English (IELTS 7.0 + / CEFR C1 +)
- Exposure to Project Management methodologies such as Agile
Responsibilities
The Demand Generation & Marketing Operations team are looking to support our marketing colleagues utilise our technology better, faster, adopting AI into everything we do. To help with this mission, we are looking for a Marketing Operations technologist to manage our technology to improve its use. We’re looking for someone passionate about technology who enjoys getting in-depth in the technology, while keeping up to date with best practices and new technology developments in our industry. This person needs to be an effective communicator, to support, educate and train our users to maximise the use of the technology, always on the hunt for ways to do things with less complexity, but bring clarity and simpleness to our workflows.
- Manage marketing technology platforms, helping to leverage our technology to maximise our investments, including managing permissions, audits & ensuring users are utilising the technology, being aware of upcoming releases
- Planning and delivering training and support to enable our marketers to be successful utilising our tools
- Helping to assess the landscape for new technology to include and onboard into our tech stack
- Working closely with partners across the business such as procurement and technology services group to help onboard new vendors,
- Administer campaign management (currently managed in Asana), being the point person to manage the whole end to end process for campaign and task management
- Managing the Asana instance and supporting users to maximise our use of the tool across workflows, project, event & task management
- Process improvement – able to perform large-scale reviews to map and find bottlenecks / pinch-points in our processes & workflows, with a focus on how AI (agents, Agentic, RPA & ML) can improve processes
- Co-ordinating the documentation of our processes, ensuring that all documentation is up to date, working in collaboration with project leads and subject matter experts for effective change communication & instructional design
- Supporting Project Management on large-scale technology & workflow projects

The Demand Generation & Marketing Operations team is responsible for supporting marketing efforts across Moody’s. We help marketers be successful by working to reduce friction so they can execute on their work. Through managing our marketing technology stack, email, social and paid media campaigns, creating our workflows, reporting on our successes, executing change management and leading on key projects.
