Assistant Director - Marketing Campaign Management

Moody's Banking OU is seeking a dynamic and innovative Assistant Director to lead our marketing campaign execution and management efforts. This role will be a part of our team’s initiatives to drive the messaging, positioning, and targeting of our banking solutions. As a key player in our overall strategy, you will manage, execute, and evolve our marketing campaigns, ensuring they effectively generate awareness, interest, and leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the campaign creation and execution process, utilizing Jira in coordination with our Central Marketing teams.
• Craft both creative and written promotional assets essential for campaign success.
• Streamline and accelerate the campaign execution process, enhancing organization and structure across the team.
• Inject innovation and creativity into promotional content and channel strategies.
• Maintain awareness of campaign tactics best practices, benchmarking performance against industry standards.
• Utilize technology platforms for efficient campaign management and performance reporting.
• Foster strong relationships with global marketing teams, ensuring cohesive strategies and execution.
• Overtime evolve the role from primarily campaign execution to planning and strategy, continuously introducing innovative ideas and refining our campaigns.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Experience in Jira, Marketo, and Salesforce or other marketing automation systems.
• Strong project management skills, with a track record of successful marketing campaign planning and execution across multiple channels (social, email, digital, etc.).
• Exceptional promotional and copywriting skills.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across various roles and teams.
• Excellent time management abilities, ensuring projects stay on track and meet deadlines.
• A forward-thinking mindset, always seeking ways to innovate and improve campaign outcomes.
• 3+ years in marketing and campaign/project management
