Skills and Competencies

  • Must be fluent in English, additional European languages are beneficial but not a requirement

  • Experience with compliance software or data solutions is strongly preferred

  • Degree in business, economics, finance, marketing, engineering or related / relevant fields

  • Ability to present high-level information as well as detailed demonstrations of products & services

  • Excellent listening, verbal and written communication and presentation skills

  • Strong team player and enjoying interacting with people of all levels in a multicultural environment

Education

  • Degree level education in relevant field

Responsibilities

  • Understanding Client Needs: Engaging with potential clients to understand their business requirements and challenges. Identify opportunities, analyse risk/ reward trade-offs and build business cases

  • Client Workshops & Discovery: Engage with prospects and existing clients in interactive and collaborative workshop sessions to deep dive into requirements and problem statements in order to propose the right solution

  • Product Demonstrations: Conducting product demos to showcase features and benefits to prospective clients.

  • Solution Design: Crafting tailored solutions that address client needs, often involving technical and business aspects. Partner with product management and product strategy teams to promote improvement in product quality and the development of new sources of revenue

  • Proposal Development: Creating detailed proposals and presentations that outline the proposed solution and benefits. Answer to RFIs, RFPs and other customer requests in the context of a sales cycle

  • Proof of Concept (PoC): Developing and managing PoC projects to demonstrate the feasibility and value of the proposed solution.

  • Technical & Product Support: Providing expertise and support during the sales process, including answering questions and addressing concerns related to products offered in scope.

  • Collaboration: Working closely with sales, solution delivery, customer success, and product teams to ensure alignment and support for sales efforts. Work closely with the Government, Large Corporates, Mid-Market and Workflow Specialist Sales teams to build and execute on sales strategies to meet or exceed annual sales goals and targets that align with the company’s vision and objectives

  • Market Research: Staying updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies.

  • Training: Educating sales teams and clients on product features, benefits, and best practices. Help sharing knowledge across the team members by performing internal presentations, sharing documents and insights

  • Relationship Building: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to foster trust and long-term partnerships.

  • Position requires travel (approximately 10% to 20% of your time)

Our Solution Specialist Corporate/Government team is responsible for providing technical support and designing solutions that meet customer needs, ensuring feasibility and alignment with requirements. We collaborate closely with sales to shape solutions meeting customer requirements, and accelerate the sales cycle, building strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty. Documentation and reporting of our findings and strategies are also key aspects of our role.
