We are seeking a Product Management intern for our platform’s app store team. The Moody’s platform allows businesses to manage risk across a range of fields, including regulatory use cases such as Know Your Customer (KYC), Know Your Business (KYB), and Anti-Money Laundering (AML). We also target mission-critical use cases like supply chain risk. The app store team is responsible for ingesting relevant data from a range of internal and external sources and then presenting this data to both users and automated systems in ways that facilitate high-quality decision-making.

- An understanding of business and how customers derive value from products would be beneficial.
Education
- Students matriculating through college, studying towards a Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent qualification, or a Master’s Degree or another quantitative field
- Graduation date of December 2025 - June 2026
- Ability to work during program dates: 16th June - 22nd August
- Product management is a wide field with contributors from different backgrounds bringing different perspectives and skills, so we’re open to applicants studying a variety of subjects
Responsibilities
- You’ll work with the Platform’s App Store delivery team and other stakeholders to build a feature as end-to-end as possible within the placement.
- You will work with stakeholders and colleagues who are both in-person (in our London office) and remote.
- This work may include:
- Participate in case studies designed to further analytical understanding
- Review existing user research to understand what is important to our users and clients
- Undertake new user research to better understand what is important to our users and clients
- Analyze research data and product metrics to understand how users interact with our platform.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to define requirements and communicate progress.
- Work with engineers, user research, user experience designers, and other product team members to ensure the feature is a success.
About the Program
Moody's 10-week summer internship program is a premier opportunity for students to immerse themselves in a hands-on learning experience, guided by Moody's commitment to integrity, excellence, and insight. The program takes place each summer from June - August and positions are available for undergraduate and select graduate students. Internships are full-time, offering a comprehensive view of Moody’s business and culture, and a chance to build professional and technical skills.
