Skills and Competencies

  • 3–5 years of experience in analyst relations, corporate communications or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience managing analyst relations programs, awards submissions, or similar external-facing initiatives.
  • Experience using project management tools such as Asana or similar platforms to track workflows and ensure timely execution.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail in complex tasks (e.g., RFI responses, briefing documents, award submissions).
  • Strong collaboration skills to build and sustain relationships across diverse teams (Marketing, Product Management, Sales) and other stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written (e.g., compelling content for analyst audiences) and verbal (e.g., conveying complex information effectively).
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes, including increasing analyst coverage, securing awards, and improving stakeholder engagement, coupled with the ability to identify opportunities and propose creative solutions.
  • Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency.
  • Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use.

Education

  • Undergraduate/first-level degree (e.g., Bachelor’s degree) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Analyst Relations and Awards Leads to ensure that Moody’s solutions receive optimal coverage from key analysts.
  • Support efforts to secure an appropriate number and quality of industry awards, ensuring alignment with Moody’s strategic objectives.
  • Work with Marketing, Product Management, Sales, and other teams to implement a unified and cohesive analyst relations and awards plan that reflects the “One Moody’s” vision.
  • Assist in crafting and refining impactful content for the analyst community, including briefing documents, RFI responses, and presentations.
  • Centrally coordinate, schedule, and track all analyst briefings, interactions, and related activities.
  • Oversee the process for analyst RFI and industry award submissions, including timelines, team responsibilities, and quality control.
  • Maintain and update a centralized knowledge base to track RFI responses, industry research reports, and award submissions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive developments, and analyst research to identify key influencers and opportunities for engagement.
