Responsibilities The Billing Analyst is expected to support the Customer Billing Mission Statement. This role will need to acquire Subject matter expertise with a thorough understanding of complex business concepts, products, and business rules (e.g. fee agreements, pricing requirements). Under the supervision of the Customer Billing Leadership, the Analyst is expected to support BAU activities as well as contributing to process improvements and ad-hoc tasks. The role is primarily focused on supporting the global team on processing of invoicing and accrual activities while also maintaining our secure control environment. The role works closely across departments in the Finance, Commercial, and GMO Organizations.

About the team The Customer Billing team is responsible to deliver a high-quality invoicing service to MIS customers and provide key business partners with the data needed to develop successful strategies. The function has direct impacts on the organization’s financial results, including revenue recognition, regulatory/ financial reporting.
