Qualifications
2-3 years related experience
SAP Concur experience
Bachelor's degree
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong English language skills
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
Advanced working knowledge of, and skill in, standard office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Responsibilities
Ensure timely submission of expenses and improve efficiency of the T&E process by ensuring all team members are using the appropriate tools effectively.
Provides administrative support with a strong focus on meeting arranging, calendar management, travel coordination and absorption of administrative tasks.
Other core duties and administrative support: organizes hospitality or other events; tracks and coordinates expenses; handles basic administration of the budget for the function.
Manages and organizes office operations and procedures including but not limited to credit card processing, information management, supplies, staffing.
