Job Title: Administrative Assistant - Sales
Location: Gurgaon - this is a UK shift role
Full Time / Part Time: Full Time
Reporting to: Manager
Skills and Competencies
•    Excellent organization skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to shifting deadlines.
•    Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, including an excellent phone manner.
•    Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including creating appointments in Outlook, drafting communications in Word, and building basic spreadsheets in Excel.
•    A collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
•    Ability to work effectively with moderate supervision.
Education
•    A Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree is required, along with 1-4 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities
This role provides essential administrative support to the Sales team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
•    Prepare and submit timely and accurate Travel & Expense (T&E) reports for team members, ensuring compliance with company policy.
•    Verify that all required documentation and receipts are included with expense reports, screening for any inconsistencies.
•    Monitor the approval status of expense reports on a monthly basis and follow up with managers to ensure timely processing.
•    Serve as a point of contact for the finance department to assist with expense-related queries.
•    Escalate any complex or problematic expense cases to your manager for resolution.
•    Handle various ad-hoc administrative tasks and requests as needed to support the team.
