Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely submission of expenses and improve efficiency of the T&E process by ensuring all team members are using the appropriate tools effectively.
  • Provides administrative support with a strong focus on meeting arranging, calendar management, travel coordination and absorption of administrative tasks
  • Handles sensitive information and resolve conflicts with a high level of confidentiality and discretion
  • Other core duties and administrative support: organizes hospitality or other events; tracks and coordinates expenses; handles basic administration of the budget for the function
  • Manages and organizes office operations and procedures including but not limited to credit card processing, information management, supplies, staffing.
  • Other duties or administrative projects as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Must understand and speak some Portuguese
  • 2-3 years related experience
  • SAP Concur experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong English language skills
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
  • Advanced working knowledge of, and skill in, standard office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
  • 1 DAY IN OFFICE (FLEXIBLE)
