Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and strategic HRIS Manager to oversee key modules of our digital people ecosystem. This role ensures optimal system performance, exceptional user experience, AI advancements, data accuracy, and global compliance, while driving scalability and continuous improvements to support organizational growth. The HRIS Manager will focus on Role-Based Permissions (RBP) management, platform security, and configuring modules such as talent management and time off. Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to define role-based permission needs, documenting requirements, configuring systems, and managing custom development to meet business goals. Additionally, the role involves leading system projects, coordinating with vendors and stakeholders, and fostering strong relationships to ensure alignment between the HRIS, company objectives, and the needs of our Centers of Excellence (COEs).


Key Responsibilities:

  1. 1. System Oversight & Strategic Planning:
    • Oversee the configuration, optimization, and daily maintenance of HRIS platforms, focusing on Role Based Permissions (RBP) and ensuring alignment with organizational goals while incorporating best practices for continuous improvement to support Centers of Excellence (COEs).
    • Develop and execute strategic plans for system enhancements, maintenance, and scalability to facilitate organizational growth.
    • Continuously assess HRIS capabilities and system performance, proactively addressing areas for improvement through iterative feedback.
  2. Release Management:
    • Plan, schedule, and oversee the deployment of new releases specific to HRIS modules, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and minimizing disruptions to HR operations.
    • Collaborate with vendors, IT, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless implementations and effectively communicate changes across the organization.
  3. Project Leadership:
    • Lead system-specific projects from planning through execution, including requirement gathering, system selection, and overseeing implementation teams.
    • Manage project timelines and resources to ensure successful transitions and user adoption.
    • Ensure new system functionalities and modules align with business objectives and effectively address COE needs.
    • Mentor and guide junior team members throughout project phases.
  4. Technical Support Management:
    • Oversee the HRIS team’s technical support for system users, ensuring high-quality resolution of issues related to role-based permissions and other system modules.
    • Manage escalation processes and continuously improve support operations to enhance user satisfaction, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and COE requirements.
  5. Vendor & Stakeholder Relationship Management:
    • Maintain strong, strategic relationships with system vendors and internal COEs, resolving high-level issues and collaborating on system enhancements to meet evolving organizational needs.
    • Serve as the primary liaison, aligning system capabilities with current and future business strategies.
  6. System Development Lifecycle (SDLC):
    • Ensure effective management of customizations and developments within the HRIS platform, overseeing requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment of system enhancements.
    • Ensure all developments meet user needs and align with organizational objectives and the SDLC cycle.
  7. System Module Development & Communication:
    • Focus on the development and enhancement of specific system modules, addressing COE pain points and aligning with organizational direction.
    • Effectively communicate current and future system functionalities to stakeholders to ensure alignment with COE needs.
  8. Team Development and Mentorship:
    • Mentor a team of HRIS professionals, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment with an agile mindset.
    • Delegate effectively, ensuring team resources are utilized efficiently to deliver high-quality, agile results.
  9. Ongoing Support & Improvement:
    • Analyze and document current workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and lead the design and implementation of process modifications.
    • Assist in data conversions and validations specific to modules, and develop implementation plans while overseeing changes to production environments.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in HRIS (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle) system modules, Employee Central, Platform, Talent Management, Time Off, etc., with the ability to configure and customize system settings.

- Certifications in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle) and project management (e.g., PMP, Agile).

- Experience in managing large-scale HRIS implementations or upgrades.

- Knowledge of data security and compliance requirements related to HR systems.

- Proven experience in project management, including requirement gathering, implementation, user adoption and managing client expectations.
